We believe that we offer outstanding quality and value for money. We have choices whether you are looking for the "Pampering of your life", in an unbeatable setting, with the beach 15 minutes walk away, staying at a fabulous Villa or you are on a budget, but still looking for good quality and value for money for adults as well as Children. Sid is our English speaking representative and he lives locally and is available 24/7.

The roads you see in front of the villas are our private roads, which only our guests use. By summer all the landscaping will be in full colour. These pictures show how close the villas are to the sandy beach (10 minutes walk).

Turkish Villa Rentals offers the most fantastic Swimming pools. All our villas have a pool, and every one except the Sultan Villa has a private pool. The pictures of the Villa Swimming Pool below tell the whole story. We offer large as well as smaller pool, pools with paddling pools and pools on their own, one villa with a heated swimming pool and pools heated by the sun.

All our pools are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety is our first priority. Guests of all ages can enjoy the pools, but especially the children.

We aim to offer a Professional Level of Service as well as the security that you would get by dealing with a travel agent (we accept credit and debit cards). Many guests, who fall in love with the area come back to buy a villa in Turkey or perhaps buy a large flat or small apartment in another part of Turkey.

Most Villas sell on price and simply offer a place in the sun. We offer so much more and so much better.
These are our latest pools, and can you imagine what they will be like in summer, with the cool water coming out of the mushrooms, and with the beach in the background. 50ft of pleasure. This is Olji on holiday in April.
We pride ourselves in our gardens, and look after them on a daily basis.
These front gardens at the Yesiloz Villa are away from the pool and are a wonderful place to sit and relax.
All our pools are set in areas surrounded by green and natural colours.
The Yesiloz does not just look like a villas fit for a king but the 2m hand made wrought iron bed does too!!
There is great attention to detail at the Nesrin villa.
Very soon the Marcus Villa's gardens with be a lush with colour as the Yesiloz Villa Gardens.
The master bedroom is exquisite. There is a changing room, bathroom, separate walk in shower, separate toilet. There a settee and TV/DVD, and you can walk onto the balcony.
All the furnishings at the Marcus, Alison and Olji villas are new. They are coordinated and help to give a summer feeling all year around.
The door next to the large TV opens out to the pool.
The pool patio is natural stone. There are views of the lovely blue sea to one side an d the green hills on the other side.
The Sultan Villa Pool is shared but all the other villas have private swimming pools.
This is the terrace on top of the garage at the Yesiloz Villa and it over looks Yesiloz below.
We wanted a dogleg stairs as well as a galleried landing with lots of space and light.
The kitchen at the Marcus Villa is fitted with ceramic hobs, Microwave, Dishwasher and lots more. The Marcus Villa is fully furnished for a party, inside or on the Veranda.
Whether you want to retire to bed or sit and relax in the living room you will have space and comfort.
The Ensuite Bathrooms are the last word. Each ensuite bathroom has a his and hers vanity sink unit, a large walk in shower, a corner bath and a completely separate toilet.

And we are now offering 3 completely new villas. They have fabulous views of the sea, 17m X 10m, one of the villas has a Heated Swimming Pool, and all have large private swimming pools and seperate Kids Paddling Pools that will be out of this world, and are furnished to the highest standards. We also have a new 4/5 bedroomed villa with private pool. We have designed them using ideas we got from out guests. The Villas are only 5 minutes walk from a Tennis Court and Restaurant with Indoor and outdoor play area.

We offer a range of Extra Maid Services in your villa. They are available for on a daily basis or for your whole holiday. We offer a range of pampering services to suit our guests needs and budgets.
We have 3 full time maids available all year round. They are trained professionally and they enjoy making sure you enjoy your holiday. They can serve drinks at the pool, then pop upstairs and make the beds then bring a snack for you as you sunbathe, then finish off the ironing. The lists is endless.
Our maids will help with all the jobs you do not want to do on your holiday. They are available for guests who want to be pampered

The Restaurant in addition to having Interesting and Delicious Menus including a children's menu, has Internet access (small charge applies for Internet Access), a TV with DVD and Video's, Snooker Table and Darts and guests can play Tennis, soccer, Badminton and Basketball at the Tennis Court. There is also be the facility for children to stay, under supervision with lots of activities including indoor and outdoor activities.

There are also trips available from the restaurant including Trips to the Alanya Water Park and other interesting places. The Alanya Aqua Park is the our favourite Water Park in Alanya and is within easy reach of the villas.

After a swim in the pool or sunbathing how about going shopping in Alanya? Alanya is a fantastic place for a shopping spree. Local specialities include carpets, jewellery, leather and handcrafts. Products can vary in terms of quality, largely depending on where you buy them from, and whether they are genuine or replica items. It is essential to haggle, the shopkeepers expect it and you will find yourself paying well over the odds if you accept the original asking price. There are bargains to be had at the local markets and the bigger shops in Alanya.

All of our Rental Villas have a good view and an easy walk to a lovely sandy beach. Look at the sea view from the pool and the sun set at night.
And the Sandy Beaches? This beach is only 10/15 minutes walk from the Villas. It stretches for miles.
