We have really indulged ourselves. the Villa Alison has got central heating as well as air-conditioning. Not just a wonderful swimming pool but a large child friendly paddling pool too. But we also put in the mushroom flume, which has put the icing on the cake. | |

We have tried to address all the "wants" that previous guests have suggested. Not just adult needs but children's needs too. The Villa Alison is close to a Sandy Beach, Tennis Court and Restaurant. The Villa Alison has a wonderfully wide patio all around the swimming pool. | |

| The two master bedrooms both have a settee to sit and relax, sip wine and watch TV. The furniture is all new and the fabrics are all coordinated. The bedrooms at the Villa Alison are wonderful. They all lead straight onto the balcony. But not just a narrow place to hang towels, but wide and with wonderful views. There are seats and tables where guests can relax and enjoy the view. | |

We have chosen modern settees for the lounge with original Turkish Carpets. There is a range of electronic entertainment including widescreen TV with DVD and HiFi etc. The hob is "flat ceramic" and the fridge freezer is extra large. | |

All the beds and mattresses are new and very good quality. The 2 master bedrooms have extra large beds, and bed settee as well. There is a TV with DVD. Each of the other bedrooms has a double bed and there are 4 separate single beds as well. The Curtains are gorgeous with matching bed linen. The bathrooms are the last word in luxury with 1m x 1.6m showers, as well as corner baths. We have lots of sun beds as well as chairs and tables and umbrellas for around the pool and on the terraces and veranda's. | |

| The Ensuite bathrooms each have double marble sinks with mirror and cupboards underneath. There is a large corner bath with a shower attachment. There is also a large 1m x 2m walk in shower. The gas boiler and separate emersion ensures constant hot water. The Bathrooms are our great joy. We put in double vanity sinks, we put in corner baths and a large separate walk in shower, but not a normal sized shower but an extra large walk in shower, enough for a whole family!! And the toilet, well we know how important it is to have fresh fragrance in the bathroom so all except one toilet are in separate rooms!! | |

| The large corner bath has constant hot water. There are large walk in showers in all the bathrooms. Experience has taught us that guests want villas with great private pools, modern facilities and lots of private spaces. We also know that almost all of our lettings are to guests who expect the nicer things. Guests want constant hot water, and who want a dishwater and washing machine that work. Guests who want a large BBQ and lots of choices. Our guests have been a wealth of great ideas. We have acted on these ideas and we are constantly improving. For example the Villa Marcus, Villa Alison and Villa Olji all have at least 3 TV/DVD's as well as at least 5 toilets. Imagine 15 people in the morning queuing for one loo. | |

Each guest Group is given a folder on arrival with lots if information about their villa as well as whose who and what do do type information. Guests normally come to the Restaurant. (See Menu) at 10.00am on their first morning and have breakfast. Sid normally gives a short talk, answers questions and sorts out care hire, trips and shopping ect. When guests leave after breakfast somebody will normally go back to the villa with them, and show them everything: How DVD's, Washing Machine, Satellite, pool lights etc. After Breakfast Sid normally can arrange a trip for the Food Shopping.
