We offer our guests the best level of service, which is locally available 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Our guests are always delighted by the high quality of service we offer while they are on their holiday at one of our Turkish Villas. This is why we are the first choice for a family holiday in a Turkish villa. We strongly advise that guests who are coming on holiday print off information about what they would like to see as well as information about the places they would like to visit. We suggest that guests bring an up to date guide book which are always available at the departure airport. Information is available at the villas, but the information on the website is much more detailed and up to date. A detailed map is essential and any good guide book on Turkey will have one. It is much easier to get a guide book in the UK than in Turkey. |
| We believe in being honest and upfront with our Guests. 1. It is absolutely essential that guests make contact with Sid about a week before they arrive, irrespective of whether we are doing the transfers. We strongly suggest that guests ring his mobile: 00 90 (0) 536 653 5963. This allows us to confirm all the last minute information, including the guests mobile phone number it. We want everything to run smoothly especially on the the first day of you holiday. Failure to contact Sid may result in cancellation of transfers and nobody to greet the guests when they arrive at the villa. 2. Electricity Power cuts are not uncommon but generally are very short. There are candles and lots of torches (most rooms) as well as emergency lights. 3. There is a small charge for Electricity and Gas at all the Villas. This is because we offer constant hot water and air-conditioning. Most other villas use the sun for hot water which effective means cold showers most of the time!! We give our guests the choice. Our policy is to be honest and upfront with our guests. Payment for electricity and gas is normally taken from the security deposit. 4. Generally it is not possible to have all the Air Conditioning on at the same time. This is especially true at the Sultan Villa. The other villas will allow all the bedrooms to have their Air Conditioning on at the same time, but it is best to turn down the power if all the units are on due to the voltage. A trick is to keep them on low power for longer. If you leave the air conditioning on all the time it will dramatically increase the bill for electricity. 5. Water supply is good quality but as in any hot Country is subject to low pressure at times. Pool supply is not effected because we have our own ground water wells. There are large storage tanks in and around all the Villas so you often do not notice interruption. 6. There is constant hot water at all the villas and the pressure is quite good. Where there are a large number of guests needing separate showers it is better to use the hot water throughout the day rather than all at once. We have made a big effort to ensure water supply, and have large water tanks. If there is any problem please let us know straight away. 7. Medical services are actually better than UK, because there is no waiting time, specialists are readily available and there is no waiting time. Alanya has a University Teaching Hospital. We insist on Holiday insurance. Have a look at What to do in an Emergency. Sid is a UK trained 1st Aider. 8. Please check with your GP about recommended Pre holiday medication. 9. We do not allow anyone to visit the villa who is not on your guest list. This is very important as uninvited guests who are found at the villa will be charged for as if they had stayed for the full length of the letting. What we do not want is either for our guests to bring back "friends" who they meet on holiday or friends who they arrange to meet on holiday. Please look at our Booking Conditions. 10. Have look at information about Arrival and Departure information, including Airport Transfer Information. It is important to give Sid a ring a few days (Thursday/Friday) before you arrive. This is all explained if you read Arrival and Departure information. If you who have booked your arrival and departure Airport Transfers with us and need to Send Your Final Flight And Other Flight Arrival, Mobile telephone number and guests names Information; please send it using This form. If you are arriving and hiring a car at the airport, and not using our Transfer Service then we will still need Flight Arrival times, Mobile telephone number and guests names etc; please send it using This form. 11. Directions for the Villas from Antalya Airport are on the Directions page if you have hired a car at the airport. 12. A small Welcome Hamper is available on arrival (soft drinks, refreshments and a small snack). Guest may upgrade the Welcome Hamper (Charges Apply) 13. On your first morning (Monday) we offer guests the opportunity to have breakfast at the Restaurant. (See Menu) 14. After Breakfast Sid normally can arrange a trip for the Food Shopping. Somebody will normally go back to the villa with guests and shown them how everything works: TV, DVD etc. 15. Nesrin's Restaurant welcomes all guests and it is only open to our guests, so no crowds etc. This is the focal point for most activities and where you can speak to one of our local staff. 16. Guests must ensure their own safety around and in the Pool. This applies to Adults and Children. Towels are provided for both the pool and for the Villa. 17. A Heated Swimming Pool is available at the Villa Marcus. We offer special deals for pool heating which is arranged and paid for in advance. Heating may be arranged locally as well and charges depend on metered gas use. 18. Sometimes, and very rarely, the pools may have to be closed and emptied. This has only ever happened at the Sultan Villa, which is a shared pool. The Heated Swimming Pool requires electric for heating and so may not be heated if there is a power failure. Again this is very rare but guests should be aware of it. 19. Mosquitoes can be a problem in the evening outdoors but repellants are very effective and available locally. There is no Mosquito problem indoors as long as you keep the doors and windows closed at night. We advise guests to purchase insect repellents before they arrive, although they are readily available in Turkey. 20. Guests should book their Pampering Services before they go on holiday. We have our best deals for guests who book in advance 21. Please note that we do not accept Credit/Debit card payment in Turkey. Payment must be made by cash (Pounds, Turkish Lira, Euros and Dollars). 22. We do not leave any cleaning materials in the villas: soaps, shower gels, shampoos, dishwasher, washing machine or toilet cleaning materials. Experience told us that most of the materials were thrown away because guests either bring their own, or prefer to make their own choice. There is a shop within 15 minutes walk where all these items are available for purchase. 23. Toilet rolls are left in each bathroom on the day of arrival only. 24. Fresh clean bed linen is provided on arrival and, where the booking is for 2 weeks or more, the Bed Linen is changed at the end of each week, this is included in the villa hire price. More frequent Bed Linen changes are available (Charges apply). Towels (Hand, Bath and Pool) are provided on arrival for each villa Guest (usually one of each per person). Towels may be exchanged and laundered during the holiday (Charges apply). 25. |
