Extra Charges for Larger Groups An extra charge is made to cover extra wear/tear for all bookings involving more than 8 guests. This does not apply for bookings involving up to 8 guests This is to reflect the extra cost of cleaning, wear and tear. It also means that we can offer smaller groups, especially out of peak season, a really good deal. A charge of £40 per person per week is added for all bookings involving 8 or more guests (Including Children). Examples of the Extra Charge: 9 guests pay for 1 extra £40 10 guests pay for 2 extra £80 8 guests staying in early May might pay £400 for the week, whereas 16 people staying at the same villa would pay £720 (£400 + 8x £40)

| We accept Credit & Debit cards for your security and convenience. |
In general we expect 25% payment with booking, and the balance 16 weeks before date of arrival. However if you book before the first of December then we take a £100 deposit per week and no more to pay till the first of December. This is great for the many guests who book more than 12 months in advance. We are happy to accept payment by debit cards and Switch, Visa or Access plastic Cards. These give you the added security that people now expect. |
