We have regular groups of guests staying at the Villa as Guests rather than simply renting the Villa. All the Villas are available.

Christmas is very popular, and with lots to do: you can play tennis or swim in a Heated Swimming Pool.

This kind of holiday appeals to a wide range of people. Perhaps a couple wanting a nice break in a Turkish home rather than hotel but with modern facilities,  or a family used to an au pair. We offer an exceptionally high level of hospitality. For romantics we have a wonderful bedroom with ensuite with it's Jacuzzi and private balcony which overlooks the gardens. It has it's own wide screen TV and Video as well as music.

We would be happy to arrange car hire with or without a chauffeur: ideal for trips and days out.

The accommodation is very good and the setting is wonderful and there is lots to do especially those who like to walk, as the Villa is surrounded by local farmers as the pictures show.

The food is a mixture of European and Turkish and would be made mostly from local fresh produce whether fruit or vegetables or fish or meat. The menus would be varied and flexible and could be arranged according to taste e.g. don't like meat, love pepper etc.

Your host speak a little English but like most Turkish people love to talk and enjoy company.

Last Autumn through to spring we had a number of people stay and we realized that there was a real market for this sort of unique experience.

One of things people who have rented the villa have said they liked staying so much was the wonderful welcome they had and how people were just happy to have their company despite the fact that nobody understood each other. Sitting with a local family drinking tea as the cows are milked or tomatoes are sorted is never likely to happen if you stay in a city in a hotel. Often to do it you have to sacrifice amenities and Mod Cons but that is not the case if you stay at the Yesiloz Villa.

We realize that some people will use us as a base for trips and we would be happy to give quotes which allow credits for meals not taken or nights not slept, as often people go for overnight visits to some of Turkey historic sites
