Day of Arrival

 It is absolutely essential that guests make contact with Sid about a week before they arrive, irrespective of whether we are doing the transfers.  We strongly suggest that guests ring his mobile:  00 90 (0) 536 653 5963. This allows us to confirm all the last minute information, including the guests mobile phone number it. We want everything to run smoothly especially on the first day of you holiday. Failure to contact Sid may result in cancellation of transfers and nobody to greet the guests when they arrive at the villa.

Almost all of our guests use our transfer service from Antalya airport which is polite, professional and reliable. We collect you at Antalya airport and return you there. We usually get a mobile number from you and let the person collecting you have it. It is always a good idea to let them know if you are delayed. If you drive from Antalya airport or make your own way have a look at some maps of the Alanya area and directions.

If you use our transfer service from Antalya airport we always advise you to ring Sid (00 90 (0) 536 653 5963), (00 90 (0) 536 653 5963 from UK) who will collect you, the day before, just so that you can give him any last minute information, or ask any questions  . We also advise you to text him just before you take off, and finally just as you are about to leave Antalya airport arrivals hall. If guests are hiring a car in Alanya then directions from Antalya airport to the Villas is on the Directions page. Likewise we advise guests to ring Sid a couple of days before and talk to him and make an arrangement about where to meet (normally the petrol station in Yesiloz Village). Guests who are driving on their own normally text Sid when they collect their hired car and again when they get to Alanya. This helps to make sure that somebody can meet you at the villa. Guests are sometimes delayed and if you have a phone number you can let us know about any last minute delays.

We also let you have the details of the person collecting you and it is a good idea to print our the information on Things You Ought To Know. Delays do happen and mobiles are an easy way to sort out any problems so please ensure you bring them with you and let us have the number.

Time from Antalya airport to villas is between one and a half and two hours. The road is mainly dual carriage way.

Arrival at the Villa.

It will be easier when you arrive if you bring a photocopy of each guests passport as well as a list of all the guests including their passport numbers. If you arrive without photocopies of passports then you can given them to us and a photocopy will be made.

We also ask guest to sign a copy of the Booking Conditions on arrival.

On arrival you will be met at the Villa, guests are can book a Welcome Hamper (charges apply) with tea, Milk, soft drinks (in the fridge) and some light snacks.  Guests can upgrade their Welcome Hamper (charges apply). Usually most guests arrive at night or very early in  the morning, and when this is the case, and guests prefer, we try to ensure guests can go to bed as soon as they can. In this case we limit ourselves to "Security and Health & Safety issues", and return the following day to explain everything else in more detail . Each guest Group is given a folder on arrival with lots if information about their villa as well as whose who and what do type information.

First Day at the Villa.

Guests normally come to the restaurant at 10.00am on their first morning and have breakfast. Sid normally gives a short talk, answers questions and sorts out care hire, trips and shopping ect. When guests leave after breakfast somebody will normally go back to the villa with them, and show them everything: How DVD's, Washing Machine, Satellite, pool lights etc.

Experience has taught us that by Tuesday almost all guests are happy, relaxed and settled in, but will often have questions or need help and advice. We give guests a questionnaire to make sure everything is OK and follow up and problems. We try not to be intrusive, and respect out guests privacy, but at the same time we want our guests to enjoy their holiday to the full.

Day of Departure

Most departures are late at night and if we are doing your transfer then we normally take you to the airport, allowing two hours for check in.

What concerns most guests in advance is what they do between check out and leaving for the airport.

Check-out time is 12.00pm mid-day, and guests must be prepared to leave the villa at this time. Guests who remain in the villa after 12.00pm on the day of departure without authorization in writing will be liable to charged: please see Booking Conditions. We ask guests to respect the fact that the villas need to be vacated to allow the cleaners to prepare the villas for the next guests.

Firstly, we aim to make sure that guests enjoy their last day just as much as any other day of their holiday.

Guests have 3 choices.

However guests can always have use of all the facilities at the restaurant till they leave for the airport. There is an All Day Menu at the Restaurant, there is also a lounge area, a Snooker Table as well as Table soccer, Internet Access (small charge applies for Internet Access), a range of electronic entertainment including TV with DVD, Video , selection of toys, book and games. There is a toilet, and if you ask Sid or Nesrin they may be able to let guests use the bathroom upstairs.

In circumstances where guests wish to have the use of a pool while they are waiting for their transfer, they can arrange this with either Nesrin or Sid. Normally, but not always, can use their villa pool till they leave for the airport.

Sometime guests need a bedroom for children. Please note that that this can only be arranged locally and a charge will usually be made. If the Villa is not rented afterwards then guests can stay till they leave for the airport.

Remember: We have kids, and we want you to return as our guests. We will do all we can to ensure you enjoy your holiday.

Seljuk Ocal: better known as Sid. He is "In Charge" in Turkey and his is the mobile you should ring, because even if he is not available, whoever is, will have the mobile. He will be available most of the season, his English is near perfect, and UK based normally, but for this season he will be at the Villas. His mobile is 00 90 (0) 536 653 5963. He will be staying at the Restaurant. When he is there he will be the best one to talk to. When he is not there, whoever is in charge will have his mobile.

Attilla Ocal: He is my father in Law. His English is limited but he usually does the transfers and is very helpful. He looks after the pool and we get more letter of compliment about him for his helpfulness than everybody else except Nesrin. He lives next door to the Yesiloz Villa. His wife is Saliha and she is very helpful. She speaks better English than Attilla, but Attilla is the "Boss"

Nesrin Durmaz: She is my sister in Law. She lives usually at the Nesrin Villa. Her English is limited too but she has a heart of gold, she is a great cook and will go the extra mile to help out. Okan Durmaz: She is my Brother in Law. He lives usually at the Nesrin Villa with his wife Nesrin. His English is limited too but is very clever, and well educated, he runs the bar at the restaurant, and is in charge of pool maintenance at all the villa pools. Vulcan Durmaz: is Nesrin's son and speaks the best English. He is a good contact to find out what to do or see or simply to translate. He is going to University but is around most of the Summer. Simgay is Vulcan's sister and great with kids. His mobile phone number is 00 90 (0) 535 305 5867
